Are pets allowed?

Pets are not allowed. However, we welcome service animals that are individually trained to perform work or tasks for a person with a disability. All service animals must be harnessed, leashed, or tethered unless these devices interfere with the service animal’s work or the individual’s disability prevents using these devices.

Can I purchase gift cards?

Mall gift cards are not available at the moment. Gift cards can be purchased from each individual retailer or restaurant.

How do I contact customer service or shopping center management?

Submit your request through the “Contact Us” form on the website or call the Management Office number at: +1-801-852-2401 or submit your requests.

Where is the shopping center management office?

Upper-Level, near the Food Court restrooms.

Where can I find job openings?

In the footer of the Provo Towne Centre website, there is a link for “JOBS”.

Do you have Wifi?

Is there a movie theatre?

Yes, Cinemark 16 Movie Theatre

Are strollers or wheelchairs available?

Yes. Wheelchairs are available in the Security Office, please call 801-369-4961. Strollers are rented near the Southeast Entrance near Target.

Do you allow shopping center walkers?

Yes. The exterior doors are unlocked at 7:00 AM for anyone interested in walking the center for exercise.

Is there a play area for kids?

Yes, lower level near the underground parking area

Is there a bank or ATM?

There are ATM’s located in the Food Court, near Cinemark, and on the lower level near Wingers.

Is there a nursing room available?

No

Where are the restrooms?

On the upper-level near the food court and on the lower-level near the kids play area.

Where is the food court?

Upper-Level in the main rotunda

Transportation & Parking

Where can I find parking?

Main entrance in front of Red Robin and Wingers, by JCPenney, by Target, by Cinemark and there is also an underground parking area located on the west side of the shopping center.

Is valet parking available?

No

What public transport options are available?

Near Provo Towne Centre, you have great access to the Utah Transit Authority (UTA) system, primarily through the UVX bus (Utah Valley Express) with stops right there, plus regular UTA bus routes (like 831) and connections to the FrontRunner commuter rail for longer trips to SLC, all accessible with a single fare or pass via the Transit app.
